(Atlanta)  The National Organization of Black Law Enforcement Executives (NOBLE) held its 41st Annual Training Conference and Exhibition this past July 29 – August 2, 2017 at the Hyatt Regency Hotel in Atlanta, GA.  Officially representing HAPCOA and recognized at this year’s event was HAPCOA Atlanta Chapter President Yessyka Santana, Special Agent in Charge, US Department of Education (OIG), Investigation Services, Atlanta, GA.

SAC Santana met with NOBLE National President Perry Tarrant, who serves as Seattle Police Department Assistant Chief of Police.  HAPCOA and NOBLE pledged to continue supporting of each other’s national mission and objectives.  NOBLE presently serves 3,000 members worldwide.

The HAPCOA Atlanta Chapter, with support from the Brookhaven Police Department, recently hosted its first Law Enforcement Networking event (go to their Twitter page:  @atlantahapcoa for details and great photos).
