HAPCOA Attends IACP Annual Conference

November 25, 2025

Clarence Jorif, representing the Hispanic American Police Command Officers Association
(HAPCOA), our National Treasurer, attended the 2025 International Association of Chiefs of Police (IACP) Annual Conference, held October 18–21, 2025, at the Colorado Convention
Center in Denver, Colorado. His participation underscored HAPCOA’s enduring commitment to
advancing public safety leadership, strengthening professional networks, and promoting
operational excellence.

During the conference, Clarence engaged with leaders from the Anti-Defamation League, FBI-
LEEDA, NAWLEE, IACP, and other prominent law enforcement organizations. These
interactions reinforced the vitality of HAPCOA’s mission to “empower the future of law
enforcement” by assisting agencies, criminal justice institutions, and community organizations
nationwide in recruiting, training, mentoring, and promoting qualified Hispanic American men
and women dedicated to careers in criminal justice and to the communities they serve.

Through these collaborations and professional relationships, HAPCOA continues to elevate
public safety standards, foster meaningful partnerships, and equip communities with best-in-class
practices.
