REGISTRATION CANCELLATION POLICY

The HAPCOA National Training Symposium has been postponed until Spring 2026!

All cancellations must be received in writing prior to April 24, 2025. Registration forms without payment or purchase order number will not be accepted. A 10% late fee will be added to all purchase orders not paid by May 31, 2025 and a $75 fee will be charged for all cancelled registrations.

A Federal Agency may sponsor an employee’s attendance at training Symposiums or Meetings as a developmental assignment under 5 U.S.C Chapter 41.
