(Hyattsville, MD) The Hispanic American Police Command Officers Association (HAPCOA) National Capitol Region Chapter participated with the Hispanic National Law Enforcement Association (HNLEA), the Association for Police Attaches of Latin America (APALA) and the United Black Police Officers Association in association with Mega Mart and the Metropolitan Protective Services with its refurbished bike and new helmet giveaway on Halloween 2017 in Hyattsville, MD.
Association members from the Prince Georges County Police Department, and APALA participated in the giveaway of a over 200 bikes and helmets.
Mega Mart provided a venue for children and their parents from the predominately Latino neighborhood near the store to safely celebrate Halloween receive gifts and bikes from law enforcement association members.
