Naval Criminal Investigative Service (NCIS) seeks Hispanic recruits in San Antonio
During the 50th Anniversary symposium organized by the Hispanic American Command Officers Association (HAPCOA) in San Antonio, Texas, from November 14th to 16th, 2023, the Naval Criminal Investigative Service (NCIS) actively sought candidates from the community as part of their recruitment efforts.
NCIS Special Agents Erika Mariner and Melvin Ramos took part in interviews with local media channels KENS and KABB Fox, where they discussed the organization's mission to ensure security, their global presence, and strategies for diversifying their recruitment process. Through these interactions, they aimed to engage with the public and highlight NCIS' commitment to building a workforce that reflects the diversity of communities it serves.
By participating in the HAPCOA symposium, NCIS leveraged opportunities for recruitment and effectively conveyed its dedication to diversity, inclusivity, and a workforce that represents the public it serves.
