A message from the National Board of the Hispanic American Police Command Officers Association (HAPCOA) regarding the deadly floods in the Texas Hill Country.
We pray for and mourn the loss of so many individuals who perished during the tragic event which occurred along the banks of the Guadalupe River on the morning of Friday, July 4th , 2025.
We continue to be eternally grateful and proud of the tireless efforts of all members of the local, county, state and Federal law enforcement agencies, along with all responding fire and EMS units, the support of the US Coast Guard, the Red Cross, the Salvation Army and a host of volunteers and supporting organizations.
Members of the HAPCOA San Antonio Chapter will remain in contact with supporting law enforcement agencies in support of this tragedy.
