(Panama) HAPCOA Panama Chapter members were invited to attend the Panamanian National Police “Dia Del Policia” celebration on Saturday, April 14, 2018. This annual event was held at National Police Headquarters at sunrise and was officiated by Director General Commissioner Omar Pinzon.
Approximately 500 members of the Panamanian National Police attended along with members of all uniformed Ministry of Public Security Forces. The Panamanian National Police Band and Orchestra provided entertainment. The program included the cutting of the ceremonial cake, the formal raising of the National Flag and concluded with a Blue Mass.
HAPCOA Executive Director Tony Chapa was invited by Director General Pinzon and to officially attend and participate in the festivities.
