For over a decade the famed Dallas Chorizo & Menudo Community Breakfast has been hosted by LULAC Chapter 102 every first Saturday of each month in Dallas. This breakfast is free and open to the public. The event is held at El Ranchito Mexican Restaurant, in Dallas, TX.
Past guests have included elected officials and community leaders who have covered major issues facing Hispanics in the Dallas/Fort Worth area.
On Saturday, November 4, 2017, HAPCOA’s Executive Director, Anthony Chapa, was invited to visit with its members and to address them regarding HAPCOA’s mission. Also on the agenda were Dwaine Caraway, Dallas Mayor Pro-Tem; Representative Eric Johnson, Texas House Member-District 100; Judge Elizabeth Frizell, candidate for Dallas County District Attorney and several others.
A special thank you to Hector Flores, who previously served as a LULAC National President and presently serves as the NLLEO Executive Director who coordinated this special invitation.
