NCIS personnel, including Deputy Director for Operations Christopher McMahon, attended the 2023 Hispanic American Police Command Officers Association Annual Training Symposium in #SanAntonio from Nov. 15-16, 2023. This year’s symposium celebrated HAPCOA’s 50th anniversary and focused on empowering the future of law enforcement, complimenting NCIS’ emphasis on workforce development.
