(San Antonio) In response to the devastating and tragic flooding that has impacted the Kerrville community and the surrounding Texas Hill Country, members of the San Antonio Chapter of the Hispanic American Police Command Officers Association (HAPCOA), Judson Independent School District Police Department and the Trinity University Police Department stand in unwavering solidarity with our brothers and sisters in blue.
To support the Kerrville Police Department in their ongoing search and recovery efforts for missing flood victims, the HAPCOA SA Chapter, Judson ISD PD & Trinity University PD joined forces and donated the following essential supplies:
- Rubber boots
- Durable dock socks
- Cases of insect repellent
- Moisture-wicking dry-fit shirts
- heavy-duty work gloves
- Dri fit Shirts
- Cases of Vicks
We hope these supplies bring practical relief to those working tirelessly in difficult conditions. Our thoughts and prayers remain with the families of the missing, the first responders on the front lines, and all who have been affected by this natural disaster.
Former HAPCOA National Presidents (both members of the HAPCOA San Antonio Chapter), Chief Teresa Ramon, Judson ISD Police Department and Chief Paul Chapa, Trinity University Police Department, organized our response to this tragic event.
With deepest respect and support,
HAPCOA – San Antonio
