HAPCOA Mourns Passing of Three LASD Deputies

July 22, 2025

On behalf of all HAPCOA members nationwide, we would like to send our deepest condolences to the Los Angeles Sheriff’s Department (LASD) for the loss of three Deputies who died in the line of duty on Friday, July 18, 2025. All three, Detectives Joshua Kelly-Eklund, Victor Lemus, and William Osborn, served your department with distinction and honor.

HAPCOA stands by your department during this difficult time.  May God bless these three Deputies, their families and the LASD.

May their memories be a blessing.
