HAPCOA National Board 3rd Vice President Sheriff Javier Salazar was awarded a MAGNUS Leadership Award from the National Command & Staff College. The award was presented at the National Sheriff’s Association Symposium held in New Orleans on June 17, 2018. The award was in recognition of his tireless work implementing bold initiatives that have created synergy and trust between the community and the Sheriff’s Office.
