SAVE THE DATE for the upcoming HAPCOA National Training Symposium: November 14-17, 2022, in Los Angeles at the Omni Hotel

(Los Angeles). The Hispanic American Police Command Officers Association (HAPCOA) will hold its 49th Anniversary National Training Symposium in Los Angeles, November 14-17, 2022.

Please make plans to attend as we will plan yet another outstanding training symposium to share with our national membership. We have nationally recognized law enforcement trainers, keynote speakers and expert presenters worthy of your time and interest! This year’s symposium theme is: Policing in a Multicultural Society.

Please visit our website (www.hapcoa.org) for the latest training schedule of events. We will also hold elections for open Board Member positions during our national membership meeting on Monday, November 14th at the Omni Hotel followed by an outstanding welcoming reception. Tuesday, November 15th, at the Omni Hotel, we will begin with our opening ceremony followed by a welcoming address by Chief Michael Moore, Los Angeles Police Department, and a Keynote address by Los Angeles County Sheriff Alex Villanueva. Non-stop training begins afterwards!

On Wednesday, November 16th we will offer great training and our famed Aguila Awards Luncheon which will include a keynote address by Director Omar Lopez of the Naval Criminal Investigative Service (NCIS).

On Thursday, November 17th we have great presenters committed to presenting outstanding training programs followed by our closing ceremony back at the Omni Hotel. Here we will swear-in our 2023 HAPCOA National Board and hear from our closing keynote speaker.
