The Hispanic American Police Command Officers Association (HAPCOA) conducted its 42nd annual symposium and training symposium in San Antonio, Texas during the period of 16-20 November 2015. National Youth Representative Cynthia Garcia addressed the delegates during the Aquila Awards Banquet and following her remarks presented a plaque to HAPCOA President Don Tijerina in recognition of the organization’s support for Law Enforcement Exploring.
