Darryl De Souza was recently selected to serve as the new Commissioner of the Balitmore Police Department.
Commissioner De Souza previously served as a fellow at the International Association of Chiefs of Police (IACP) and as such presented an advanced training session at the HAPCOA 43rd Annual National Law Enforcement Training Symposium held in Long Beach, CA.
Commissioner De Souza, in 2017, also hosted senior members of the Panamanian National Police when they visited Baltimore as part of a HAPCOA & APALA hosted law enforcement liaison event.
Commissioner De Souza’s family migrated to the United States from Panama.
