HAPCOA is pleased to again present the LEADERSHIP ROUNDTABLE at this years Symposium. In the past this program was always one of our most highly rated and best attended events. Dr. Carmenaty is the President of C3 Creating Catalyst for Change. Dianna is a retired San Antonio Police Officer with over 28 years of experience as a Patrol Officer. She also serves on several law enforcement advisory committees and Boards of Directors. In addition Dr. Carmenaty served as the President of the San Antonio Police Department Hispanic Police Officers Organization.
